Each repair starts with the $99 diagnostic, and that figure is already part of the written price you approve; there is no trip fee stacked on top and no hourly meter running in the kitchen. Requests made online get up to $22 off an appliance repair. When a part has to be ordered, we bring it back and fit it with no second trip fee.

Two things about the Spokane area shape appliance work. The water is hard — city supply and especially private wells in places like Mead, Colbert and Otis Orchards — so inlet valves, ice makers and dishwasher heaters scale up, and mineral buildup is our first suspect on any fill or ice problem. And many houses are old, which means dryer vents running twenty-five feet to the rim joist and refrigerators parked in garages that swing about 100 degrees between August and January. The vans are stocked for exactly those faults, so most repairs finish on the first visit.
Sealed-system work stays with us too. The same EPA 608 Universal card holders who handle our heating and cooling refrigerant jobs repair leaks and compressors on household refrigerators and commercial coolers, rather than turning the job down or farming it out. As a rough guide, a washer drain pump starts at $175, a refrigerator defrost repair at $175 and a dishwasher drain pump at $175. Those are local starting prices rather than a quote; the figure you actually pay comes from the technician’s written estimate.

Yes. Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Wolf and Miele are part of a normal week, alongside everyday names like GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Bosch and Electrolux. Built-in and panel-front units take longer to open up and reinstall properly; that time is included in the written price, not added as a surcharge.
Usually hard water. Minerals build up on the inlet valve screens and inside the valves until the machine fills slowly, throws an error or overfills. On a private well it happens faster. We clean or replace the scaled parts and show you what came out, so you can decide whether a softener or filter is worth adding.
Often the vent. Long basement runs, crushed foil ducts and outlets buried in snow all choke airflow, which makes the dryer run long and can blow the thermal fuse. Clean the lint screen first. If that doesn’t help, we test the heating side and inspect the vent run on the same visit.
Yes: walk-in coolers, reach-ins and prep tables for restaurants, cafés and shops across the service area. Since the EPA 608 Universal card is standard on our crew, leak repair, recharging and compressor replacement happen in-house. If a walk-in is losing temperature, call rather than book online: a cooler that is warming counts as a warm-refrigerator call and is scheduled the same day, Monday through Saturday.
