  • SpokaneHome base on West Columbia Avenue. From West Central and Corbin Park to Manito, Hillyard and Indian Trail, most Spokane calls are a short hop, so same-day service is routine.
  • Spokane ValleyAbout twenty minutes down I-90, with a van between Argonne and Sullivan most days: 1960s–80s ranches south of Sprague, newer heat pump subdivisions farther east, restaurant coolers on Pines.
  • Airway HeightsTwelve minutes west on US-2, the shortest drive outside the city. Houses five to fifteen years old, builder-grade heat pumps, stacked laundry and Fairchild households working around shifts.
  • MillwoodFifteen minutes along Trent. A square mile of 1920s–40s homes near the paper mill, with full basements, original ductwork and panels that often need upgrading before cooling goes in.
  • MeadFifteen minutes north on US-2. Subdivisions along Farwell and Market, acreage on Peone Prairie toward Mt. Spokane, propane heat and the hardest well water on our map.
  • ColbertAround twenty minutes north, near the Little Spokane River and Green Bluff. Larger custom homes, cold-climate heat pumps carrying 3,000 square feet, and mini-splits in detached shops.
  • Nine Mile FallsTwenty minutes northwest on Highway 291, past the dam to Suncrest and Long Lake. Year-round cabins, electric heat giving way to ductless mini-splits, wells and long driveways.
  • CheneyTwenty-five minutes down the Cheney-Spokane Road. EWU rentals, historic homes around downtown, newer streets toward Betz Road, and First Street restaurants that depend on their reach-ins.
  • Medical LakeTwenty-five minutes on our West Plains loop via Highway 902. Modest older homes downtown, houses on the shores of Medical Lake and Silver Lake, and renters on Fairchild schedules.
  • Liberty LakeThirty minutes east on I-90 at the state line. Planned neighborhoods and HOAs built from the 1990s on, where defrost boards, communicating thermostats and inverter refrigerators drive the calls.
  • Deer ParkAbout thirty minutes up US-395 past Wandermere. Old downtown houses with basements, acreage toward Clayton on wells and propane, and winters a notch colder than Spokane’s.
  • Otis OrchardsThirty minutes out Trent, or off I-90 at Barker. One-to-five-acre lots along the river, barns and shops, and furnace, heat pump and wood stove combinations carrying big houses.
  • Newman LakeRoughly 35 minutes out, the far east edge of the map. Cabins turned year-round homes, baseboards giving way to mini-splits, and Saturday visits that suit seasonal owners.

How the 35-minute line works

We drew the service area by drive time, not by city limits. Anything we can reach from the shop in about 35 minutes is inside the map and gets the same terms: the same $99 diagnostic, no distance surcharge, no Saturday surcharge, and no second trip fee when we come back with an ordered part. If your address falls beyond that line, we tell you on the phone rather than book a visit that would throw off everyone else’s window.

Keeping the map tight is what lets us offer same-day windows for no heat, no cooling and warm refrigerators, Monday through Saturday.

The West Plains run

Out Sunset Highway and US-2: Airway Heights about twelve minutes away, then Medical Lake and Cheney around twenty-five along Highway 902 and the Cheney-Spokane Road. We usually pair the three on the same day. Expect builder-grade heat pumps in the newer Airway Heights subdivisions, rental laundry near EWU, and older basements and furnaces around downtown Cheney and Medical Lake.

North of the river

Mead and Colbert sit fifteen to twenty minutes up US-2, Deer Park roughly thirty up US-395, and Nine Mile Falls twenty minutes out Highway 291. This is acreage country — wells, propane, detached shops and hard water — so van stock for these days leans toward propane furnace parts, inlet valves and mini-split components.

East toward the Idaho line

Millwood is fifteen minutes along Trent, Spokane Valley twenty down I-90, and Liberty Lake about thirty at the state line. Otis Orchards and Newman Lake close the map at thirty to thirty-five minutes past the east end of the Valley. Along the way: mill-era basements in Millwood, Valley ranches, the newest and most electronics-heavy homes we serve in Liberty Lake, and lake cabins turned year-round houses.

What a visit looks like

Call, text or book online with the equipment and the symptom. The technician pins down the fault and writes one flat price that already includes the $99 diagnostic; say no, and the diagnostic is all you pay. Each van is loaded with capacitors, contactors, igniters, flame sensors, pressure switches, boards and motors for the common systems, so most repairs wrap up on the first visit. Before leaving, we run a full cycle, tidy the area and hand over the written warranty.

Questions we hear

Do you charge extra for addresses far from Spokane?

Not inside the map. Deer Park, Cheney, Liberty Lake and Newman Lake pay exactly what a house near the shop pays: the same $99 diagnostic, the same repair pricing, and no distance or Saturday surcharge. Addresses beyond roughly 35 minutes are outside our area, and you will hear that on the first call.

My town isn’t listed. Can you still come?

Possibly. The list names communities, but the real boundary is drive time, and rural roads between Mead and Deer Park or between Cheney and Medical Lake often fall inside it. Call or text the address and we will check the drive before booking, so nobody pays for a visit we can’t reach on time.

Is same-day service realistic in the outer towns?

For a cold house, a hot house in July or a refrigerator losing its chill, yes, Monday through Saturday. We group the outer towns into routes — West Plains, north and east — so a van is usually somewhere nearby. Calling early in the day gives the strongest odds; other repairs are typically scheduled within the week.

Do you service commercial kitchens outside Spokane?

Yes. Walk-ins, reach-ins and prep tables along Sprague and Pines in the Valley, on the US-2 corridor in Airway Heights and on First Street in Cheney get the same crew and the same price card. With EPA 608 Universal cards on the crew, leak and compressor work never leaves our hands.

Call, text or book

Inside the map, every address pays the same. Phone or text (509) 370-5361, or book through the website for up to $50 off an HVAC repair or up to $22 off an appliance repair, while the $99 diagnostic is absorbed into whatever repair you approve.
