What we collect
Calling, texting or filling in the booking form sends us whatever you choose to include — normally your name, phone number, the service address, the equipment and the problem you are seeing. Photos you text, such as a rating plate or an error display, reach us as well.
How we use it
Those details let us book and carry out the visit, deliver the written quote and warranty, and get in touch about that particular job. A photo mostly helps the technician pin down the model so the right parts are on the van.
What we don’t do
Your information is never sold or rented. It passes only through the tools that keep this site and the shop running: the form service that forwards your request, plus the software we schedule and invoice with. We keep no mailing list and send no marketing texts.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies are set by this site. Should we add simple visitor statistics later, they will be counted in aggregate, without identifying anyone.
Your choices
Want to see what we hold about you, or have it deleted? Ask whenever you like by calling or texting (509) 370-5361, or by mail to Larch HVAC & Appliance, 2405 W Columbia Ave, Spokane, WA 99205.
Call, text or book
Need a repair rather than a policy? Phone or text (509) 370-5361, or request a visit online for up to $50 off an HVAC repair or up to $22 off an appliance repair. Approve the repair and you won’t see the diagnostic as a separate charge.
Book a visit
Tell us what is going on
We call or text back to confirm a time window, usually the same day.
- Diagnostic inside the repair The office names the fee when you call or book. It is counted inside the written repair price you approve; say no to the repair and it is the whole bill.
- Up to $50 off An HVAC repair booked online. Appliance repairs booked online: up to $22 off. Never taken off the diagnostic.
- Up to $500 off A full-system install booked through our site-visit form, first-year tune-up included. The site visit costs nothing.
