Looking for Adam & Sam Brothers?
You found the right business. In 2026 Adam & Sam Brothers Repair became Larch HVAC & Appliance. The shop is still at 2405 W Columbia Ave in Spokane, the number is still (509) 370-5361, and the technicians who serviced your furnace or dryer are the same people. The Google reviews you may have read belong to us too: the listing itself was renamed, not swapped for a new one.
Why the name changed
The old name described a smaller business, so we picked one that fits the larger scope.
We settled on the western larch, the tree that lights up the hills around Spokane every October and is built for the winters here.
What stayed exactly the same
- The phone line, (509) 370-5361, which takes calls and text messages
- The shop at 2405 W Columbia Ave, Spokane, WA 99205
- The crew, the vans and the parts that ride in them
- The $99 diagnostic, folded into any repair you approve
- A written quote before the work and a written warranty after it
- Service Monday through Saturday
- Every warranty written under the Adam & Sam Brothers name, honored in full under the new one
What is new
- Savings for booking online: up to $22 off an appliance repair, up to $50 off an HVAC repair, and up to $500 off a full-system install booked through the site-visit form, first-year tune-up included
- The No-Breakdown Guarantee: when a system we tuned fails during that same season, what you paid for the tune-up is applied to the repair
- A tighter service area — everything within about a 35-minute drive — so a same-day promise on no-heat, no-cool and warm-refrigerator calls stays one we can keep
Questions we hear
Will my Adam & Sam Brothers warranty still be honored?
Yes. Every written warranty issued under the old name carries over to Larch HVAC & Appliance on the same terms. Call or text (509) 370-5361 with the address and roughly when the work was done. If you still have the paperwork, texting a photo of it speeds things along.
Are the Adam & Sam Brothers Google reviews really yours?
They are. The business renamed its existing Google listing instead of opening a new one, so the 100+ reviews and the 4.6 rating were earned by this crew under the previous name. Nothing about who answers the phone or who knocks on your door has changed.
Did prices change along with the name?
The $99 diagnostic behaves as it always did: it sits inside any repair you approve and becomes the whole bill only if you say no. What the rename brought are online booking savings — up to $50 off an HVAC repair or up to $22 off an appliance repair, never taken off the diagnostic itself.
Is it still the same phone number?
Yes. (509) 370-5361 rang as Adam & Sam Brothers Repair and rings as Larch HVAC & Appliance today. The line takes text messages too, which is handy for sending a photo of a model tag, an error code or an old invoice. The shop on West Columbia Avenue has not moved either.
Call, text or book
Nothing to relearn: (509) 370-5361 still reaches the same crew, by call or text. The $99 diagnostic is still folded into any repair you approve, and requests made through the online form now take up to $50 off HVAC work or up to $22 off an appliance repair.
