Three ways to reach us
Call (509) 370-5361. This is the quickest route to a time window. Tell us the equipment, what it is doing and your street, and we can usually say right then whether it sounds routine or whether it may not be worth fixing.
Text the same number. Photograph the model and serial tag, or the error code on the display, and send it along with your address. With the exact model in hand, the technician can load the likely parts before leaving the shop.
Use the form. Phone, address and what’s wrong are plenty. We reply the same day with a window, and booking this way knocks up to $50 off an HVAC repair, or up to $22 off an appliance repair.
When to pick up the phone instead
No heat, no cooling or a refrigerator running warm: call rather than write. We hold same-day windows for exactly those problems, Monday through Saturday, and a morning call usually means a visit before dinner. Calls that come in after hours go to voicemail and are returned first thing the next working morning.
If there is any smell of gas, get out of the house and phone Avista or 911 from outside before calling any contractor, including us.
The shop on West Columbia
2405 W Columbia Ave, Spokane, WA 99205 — north of the river, a short hop from Kendall Yards and the Monroe corridor. We are a mobile service, so there is no counter to carry a machine to; the address is where the vans load up and where mail arrives. Your repair happens at your home or business.

We carry liability insurance. Anyone on our crew who handles refrigerant has EPA 608 Universal certification.
Questions we hear
What should I put in a text?
Your address, the type of equipment and a short note on what it is doing. A sharp photo of the model and serial tag helps most, followed by any error code showing on the display. With those, we can often tell which parts to bring, which makes it more likely the repair finishes on the first visit.
How quickly do you answer the form?
The same day, Monday through Saturday, usually by text with a proposed window. A request sent on Sunday or late in the evening is answered first thing on the next working morning. If the house has no heat or the refrigerator is warming up, a phone call gets you onto the schedule faster than the form.
Can I bring an appliance to your shop?
No, there is no drop-off counter. Every repair happens on site, where we can also check the water supply, the vent, the outlet or the gas line that may be part of the problem. It is also why the $99 diagnostic includes the trip to your door, wherever you are on our map.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Rentals are a big part of our week in places like Cheney, Airway Heights and Liberty Lake. We schedule around tenants, put the price in writing before any work starts, and leave a written invoice and warranty — the paperwork most owners and managers need for their records.
