Ice Maker Repair in Silverdale, WA

If your ice maker has stopped producing ice, is making small or hollow cubes, leaking water, or making unusual noises, Adam & Sam Brothers Repair is ready to help the same day. We provide professional ice maker repair for both residential and commercial units throughout Silverdale and surrounding Kitsap County communities — including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Tracyton, and Chico.

Silverdale homeowners invest in premium kitchen appliances — and ice makers are no exception. Dedicated undercounter ice makers from brands like Sub-Zero, True, Scotsman, and U-Line are increasingly common in Silverdale’s high-end kitchen renovations along the Kitsap Mall corridor and newer SR 303 developments. These are not the simple ice maker modules found in basic refrigerators — they are sophisticated standalone appliances with separate refrigeration systems, water filtration circuits, and automated cleaning cycles that require experienced technicians with brand-specific knowledge.

Silverdale’s soft water from the Kitsap Peninsula’s watershed is an advantage for ice makers — low mineral content means significantly less scale buildup inside the machine compared to hard water cities. This means Silverdale ice makers last longer and require less descaling maintenance than units in Eastern Washington. However, the high ambient humidity of Kitsap’s maritime climate can affect ice maker condenser efficiency over time — outdoor or poorly ventilated units work harder in Silverdale’s damp air. Our technicians always check condenser condition and ventilation during every ice maker repair visit in Silverdale.

We service all major residential and commercial ice maker brands in Silverdale including Sub-Zero, True, Scotsman, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Ice-O-Matic, U-Line, Marvel, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, KitchenAid, and many others.

Most Common Ice Maker Problems We Fix in Silverdale

Our Silverdale ice maker repair technicians handle every type of problem. Ice maker not producing ice — failed water inlet valve, frozen fill tube, faulty ice maker module, or thermostat malfunction. Too little ice production — water pressure issues, clogged inlet screen, or failing thermostat. Small, hollow, or misshapen cubes — water temperature problems, ice maker arm malfunction, or harvest timing issue. Ice maker leaking — cracked fill cup, worn water valve, or improper ice maker alignment. Ice maker motor or arm failure — mechanical wear on drive module and ejector. Undercounter ice maker not cycling — refrigeration system issue, condenser coil buildup, or control board failure. Whatever the problem, same-day service with a fixed quote in Silverdale.

Fixed Quote Before We Start — Silverdale Ice Maker Repair

Every ice maker repair in Silverdale starts the same way: full diagnosis, plain-language explanation, fixed quote before we touch anything. No hidden charges. No pressure. For premium undercounter ice makers worth $1,500–$4,000, Silverdale homeowners deserve complete cost transparency — and that is exactly what we deliver.

Sub-Zero, True & Premium Undercounter Ice Maker Repair in Silverdale

Sub-Zero undercounter ice makers — integrated into Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchen suites — require brand-specific OEM parts and technicians trained on the Sub-Zero refrigeration system architecture. True residential ice makers are built to commercial standards and need commercial-grade diagnostic approaches. U-Line and Marvel ice makers — popular in Silverdale bar and entertainment areas — frequently develop condenser coil buildup and water valve failures in the Kitsap Peninsula’s humid climate. Our Silverdale team carries parts and tools for all these premium brands and can fix them same day with a fixed quote.

Commercial Ice Machine Repair in Silverdale

Silverdale’s Kitsap Mall area restaurants, bars, and food service businesses depend on commercial ice machines running reliably every day. We service all major commercial ice machine brands including Scotsman, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Ice-O-Matic, and Follett — with same-day priority response for commercial emergencies throughout Silverdale and Kitsap County.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
