HVAC Repair & Installation in Silverdale, WA

If your furnace stops working on a cold Silverdale night, your air conditioner fails during a warm Kitsap summer, or your heat pump is struggling to maintain temperature — Adam & Sam Brothers Repair is ready to help the same day. We provide professional HVAC repair and installation throughout Silverdale and surrounding Kitsap County communities — including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Tracyton, and Chico. Our technicians arrive fully equipped and give you a fixed quote before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Silverdale is one of the most affluent unincorporated communities in Washington State — with a median household income exceeding $105,000, significantly above state and county averages. Silverdale homeowners tend to invest in high-quality HVAC systems from premium brands like Carrier, Trane, Lennox, and Mitsubishi — and when these systems need repair or replacement, they require experienced technicians with brand-specific training and parts. As an unincorporated community under Kitsap County jurisdiction, Silverdale HVAC installations follow Kitsap County mechanical permit requirements rather than a city-level permit process — in most cases this means a more straightforward approval process than incorporated cities. Our technicians handle all permit filing and county inspection scheduling on your behalf.

Silverdale’s location on the Kitsap Peninsula means a cool, humid maritime climate year-round — ideal conditions for heat pump efficiency. The mild winters along Dyes Inlet mean heat pumps rarely need to run in emergency heat mode, making them significantly more economical than gas furnaces for many Silverdale homes. The growing number of new construction homes along the SR 3 corridor and near the Kitsap Mall area are increasingly being built with heat pump systems as the primary heating and cooling source.

We service all major HVAC brands in Silverdale including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, American Standard, Bosch, and many others. Our service vehicles carry the most common HVAC replacement parts so most Silverdale repairs are completed on the first visit.

Most Common HVAC Problems We Fix in Silverdale

Our Silverdale HVAC technicians handle the full range of heating and cooling issues. Furnace not heating or short cycling — igniter failure, cracked heat exchanger, or control board malfunction. Heat pump not heating or cooling properly — refrigerant leak, reversing valve failure, or defrost control board issue. AC not cooling — failed capacitor, low refrigerant, or condenser fan motor failure. Premium brand diagnostics — Carrier error codes, Trane fault codes, Lennox alert codes — we diagnose and repair them all throughout Silverdale. Blower motor and belt failures — causing reduced airflow in Silverdale homes. Whatever the problem, we fix it right the first time with a fixed quote you approve before we start.

Fixed Quote Before We Start — Silverdale HVAC Repair

Every HVAC repair and installation in Silverdale starts the same way: your technician arrives, runs a full diagnosis, explains the problem clearly, and gives you a fixed quote. If you agree — we fix it. If you don’t — you owe nothing when you proceed with repair. No hidden charges, no pressure. Silverdale homeowners expect professional, transparent service — and that is exactly what Adam & Sam Brothers Repair delivers on every HVAC job throughout the community.

Premium HVAC Brand Repair & Installation in Silverdale

Silverdale homeowners frequently own high-end HVAC systems — Carrier Infinity series, Trane XV series, Lennox Elite and Dave Lennox Signature series, and Mitsubishi or Daikin ductless mini-split systems are common throughout the community. These premium systems deliver outstanding efficiency and comfort but require technicians with specific training and access to OEM parts. Our Silverdale HVAC team is experienced with all premium brands and carries specialized diagnostic equipment for high-efficiency system troubleshooting. Whether you have a Carrier variable-speed heat pump, a Mitsubishi multi-zone mini-split, or a Lennox high-efficiency furnace — we fix it same day with a fixed quote.

Silverdale HVAC Service — Old Town, Kitsap Mall Area & All Neighborhoods

We also serve Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, and all of Kitsap County. Call us in the morning and in most cases we can have a licensed HVAC technician at your Silverdale home the same day.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
