Port Orchard is one of the fastest-growing cities in Washington State — expanding over 40% in the last decade with another 25–50% growth projected over the next ten years. Fast ferry service to Seattle in just 30 minutes has drawn thousands of new residents seeking affordable waterfront living in South Kitsap. This rapid population growth means hundreds of new homes are being built every year in Port Orchard — and the majority of new residential construction in the area is being equipped with heat pump systems as the primary HVAC solution. Port Orchard’s mild maritime climate makes heat pumps highly efficient here, and as Kitsap County seat, the city’s permit process for HVAC installation is well-established and efficient. Our licensed technicians handle all permit filings and inspections on your behalf.

Port Orchard’s older established neighborhoods — downtown waterfront, Annapolis, Manchester, and Colby — often have aging furnace and ductwork systems that need updating. Homes built in the 1970s and 1980s throughout South Kitsap frequently have original gas furnaces approaching end of life, and owners are often faced with the choice between repair and replacement. Our technicians give you an honest assessment and a fixed quote either way — no pressure, no upselling.

We service all major HVAC brands in Port Orchard including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, American Standard, Bosch, and many others. Our service vehicles carry the most common replacement parts so most Port Orchard HVAC repairs are completed on the first visit.

Most Common HVAC Problems We Fix in Port Orchard

Our Port Orchard HVAC technicians handle the full range of heating and cooling issues. Furnace not heating or short cycling — igniter failure, heat exchanger cracks, or control board malfunction common in older Port Orchard homes. Heat pump not heating or cooling — refrigerant leak, reversing valve failure, or defrost control issue. AC not cooling — failed capacitor, low refrigerant, or condenser fan motor failure. Aging ductwork issues — common in Port Orchard’s older established neighborhoods — causing poor airflow and uneven temperatures throughout the home. Thermostat and control board diagnostics across all major brands. Whatever the problem, we fix it right the first time with a fixed quote you approve before we start.

Fixed Quote Before We Start — Port Orchard HVAC Repair

Every HVAC repair and installation in Port Orchard starts the same way: your technician arrives, runs a full diagnosis, explains the problem clearly, and gives you a fixed quote. If you agree — we fix it. If you don’t — you owe nothing when you proceed with repair. No hidden charges, no pressure. Just honest HVAC service in Port Orchard from a licensed, family-owned company.

They came to fix our A/C. They accurately diagnosed and repaired our air-conditioning in less than an hour. He even cleaned the inside of the A/C and made sure no mess was left behind. Very polite and professional.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
