HVAC Repair & Installation in Bremerton, WA

If your furnace stops working on a cold Bremerton night, your air conditioner fails during a warm Kitsap summer, or your heat pump is struggling to maintain temperature — Adam & Sam Brothers Repair is ready to help the same day. We provide professional HVAC repair and installation throughout Bremerton and surrounding Kitsap County communities — including Silverdale, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Navy Yard City, Gorst, Manette, and Tracyton. Our technicians arrive fully equipped and give you a fixed quote before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Bremerton’s maritime climate on Puget Sound creates a unique HVAC environment. The city experiences mild but consistently damp winters with temperatures regularly dipping into the low 30s — cold enough to stress heating systems, but not as extreme as Eastern Washington. The high year-round humidity is particularly challenging for heat pumps and AC systems — outdoor condenser and evaporator coils are exposed to salt-tinged marine air from Puget Sound, which accelerates corrosion on coil fins and electrical connections over time. Military families relocating to Bremerton from dry inland posts often find that their HVAC systems need adjustment or maintenance sooner than expected. Our Bremerton technicians understand these local climate factors and inspect coil corrosion, electrical connections, and condensate drainage on every HVAC service visit.

Heat pumps are especially popular in Bremerton — the mild maritime climate makes heat pumps highly efficient here compared to colder inland cities. Bremerton’s moderate winter temperatures mean heat pumps rarely need to switch to emergency heat mode, delivering excellent energy efficiency year-round. When a Bremerton heat pump does need repair or replacement, our licensed technicians handle the full job — diagnosis, repair, and if needed, full system installation with all required permits and inspections.

We service all major HVAC brands in Bremerton including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, American Standard, Bosch, and many others. Our service vehicles carry the most common HVAC parts so most Bremerton repairs are completed on the first visit.

Most Common HVAC Problems We Fix in Bremerton

Our Bremerton HVAC technicians handle the full range of heating and cooling issues. Furnace not heating or short cycling — igniter failure, heat exchanger cracks, or control board issues. Heat pump not heating or cooling — refrigerant leak, reversing valve failure, or defrost board malfunction. AC not cooling — low refrigerant, failed capacitor, or condenser fan motor failure. Coil corrosion from Puget Sound marine air — particularly on outdoor units in Bremerton’s Manette and waterfront neighborhoods. Blower motor failure — causing weak airflow throughout the home. Thermostat and control board diagnostics — across all major brands. Whatever the problem, we fix it right the first time with a fixed quote you approve before we start.

Fixed Quote Before We Start — Bremerton HVAC Repair

Every HVAC repair and installation in Bremerton starts the same way: your technician arrives, runs a full diagnosis, explains the problem clearly, and gives you a fixed quote. If you agree — we fix it. If you don’t — you owe nothing when you proceed with repair. No hidden charges, no pressure. Just honest HVAC service in Bremerton from a licensed, family-owned company that respects your home and your budget.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
