Ice Maker Repair in Bremerton, WA

If your ice maker has stopped producing ice, is making small or misshapen cubes, is leaking water, or making unusual noises, Adam & Sam Brothers Repair is ready to help the same day. We provide professional ice maker repair for both residential and commercial units throughout Bremerton and surrounding Kitsap County communities — including Silverdale, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Navy Yard City, Gorst, and Manette.

Bremerton homeowners and business owners have a significant advantage that most people don’t think about when it comes to ice makers — the city’s exceptional water quality. Bremerton draws its water from the protected Union River watershed, which is so clean and naturally soft that the city was awarded the national “Exemplary Source Water Protection Award” by the American Water Works Association. In most cities across the country, refrigerator ice makers require water filters that need to be replaced every 6 months to remove minerals, sediment, and impurities. In Bremerton, however, the water is naturally so clean and low in dissolved minerals that refrigerator ice makers and commercial ice machines here operate with significantly less filter dependency than in hard water cities. Scale buildup inside ice maker components — one of the most common causes of ice maker failure nationwide — is far less prevalent in Bremerton due to the soft Union River water. This means Bremerton ice makers last longer and need less maintenance overall.

That said, when a Bremerton ice maker does break down — whether it’s a built-in residential unit in a Samsung or Sub-Zero refrigerator, or a commercial Scotsman or Hoshizaki machine in a Bremerton restaurant or bar — fast professional repair is essential. Our technicians respond the same day, give you a fixed quote before touching anything, and fix it right the first time.

Most Common Ice Maker Problems We Fix in Bremerton

Our Bremerton ice maker repair technicians handle every type of ice maker issue. Ice maker not producing ice — usually a failed water inlet valve, frozen fill tube, or faulty ice maker module. Ice maker producing too little ice — water pressure issues, clogged inlet screen, or failing thermostat. Small, hollow, or misshapen ice cubes — water temperature problems or ice maker arm malfunction. Ice maker leaking water — cracked fill cup, worn water valve, or improper ice maker alignment. Ice with bad taste or odor — even in Bremerton’s excellent water, this can indicate a bacterial issue in the ice maker itself requiring cleaning and component inspection. Ice maker motor or arm failure — mechanical wear on drive module and ejector components. Whatever the issue, we diagnose it fast and fix it right the first time with a fixed quote.

Residential Ice Maker Repair in Bremerton — All Refrigerator Brands

We repair built-in refrigerator ice makers, undercounter ice makers, and freestanding ice machines for Bremerton homeowners across all major brands. Samsung ice makers — common in Bremerton and frequently develop frozen fill tube issues and ice maker arm failures. LG ice makers — known for ice maker assembly failures and fan motor issues in French door models. Sub-Zero ice makers — require specialized expertise and parts that our Bremerton technicians carry. KitchenAid, Whirlpool, GE, and Maytag ice makers — all serviced same day throughout Bremerton and Kitsap County.

Commercial Ice Machine Repair in Bremerton — Restaurants, Bars & Military Facilities

Bremerton’s restaurant scene along the waterfront, the growing downtown bar district, and the large food service operations at Naval Base Kitsap and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard all depend on reliable commercial ice production. A broken commercial ice machine in a Bremerton restaurant or military dining facility is an immediate emergency. We service all major commercial ice machine brands including Scotsman, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Ice-O-Matic, and Follett — with same-day priority service for commercial clients throughout Bremerton.

Bremerton’s water from Union River is naturally soft and exceptionally clean — the city earned a national award for its source water quality and doesn’t even require a filtration plant. He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
