Appliance Repair in Port Orchard, WA

If you are looking for reliable and affordable appliance repair in Port Orchard, Washington, you have come to the right place. Our team of licensed technicians provides high-quality appliance repair services to homeowners throughout Port Orchard and surrounding South Kitsap communities — including East Port Orchard, Parkwood, Burley, Manchester, Colby, Annapolis, Olalla, and Southworth. Whether your refrigerator stops cooling, your dryer stops heating, or your washer refuses to drain, we respond the same day — six days a week with a fixed quote and no hidden fees.

Port Orchard is the county seat of Kitsap County and one of the fastest-growing cities in Washington State — expanding by over 40% in the last decade. Fast ferry service to Seattle makes Port Orchard an attractive destination for commuters seeking affordable waterfront living. This rapid growth means thousands of new homes are being furnished with new appliances every year — and when those appliances need repair, Port Orchard homeowners need a fast, reliable service they can trust.

Port Orchard’s housing stock spans three very different eras: historic Craftsman cottages along Bay Street, 1990s–2010s master-planned homes in McCormick Woods, and brand-new construction along the Bethel and Tremont corridors. Each era creates its own appliance repair patterns — and we know all of them.

McCormick Woods — Golf Course Community, 1990s–2010s Construction

McCormick Woods is Port Orchard’s most distinctive neighbourhood: a master-planned community built around an 18-hole golf course, with fir and cedar-lined streets and homes that sell at a median above $660,000. LG and Samsung refrigerators purchased during the kitchen renovation wave of 2010–2018 are generating the most calls from McCormick Woods right now — LG linear compressor failures in particular. HOA requirements also mean repair-versus-replace decisions sometimes factor in aesthetic constraints — built-in and counter-depth refrigerators that need to match cabinetry specifications. We’re familiar with these constraints and factor them into our diagnosis conversations.

Bay Street & Downtown — Historic Waterfront Homes

The historic core along Bay Street has Port Orchard’s oldest housing — classic Craftsman cottages and early-1900s homes with appliances that sometimes sit in tight, non-standard configurations. Stacked washer-dryer units in converted closets, refrigerators in non-standard widths, dishwashers retrofitted into galley kitchens. We’ve worked in enough of these homes to know what to expect.

Bethel Corridor & Tremont — New Construction, Builder-Grade Appliances

The Bethel and Tremont corridors represent Port Orchard’s growth edge — new subdivisions with builder-grade Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and GE appliances. These typically generate their first service calls within 3–5 years: drain pumps, lid switches, door latches, and control boards. We see a consistent pattern of drain pump failures in front-load washers and door latch failures in dishwashers from these corridors — fast repairs completed in a single visit.

Sedgwick Road & South Kitsap — Military Families, Rental Properties

The Sedgwick Road area serves a significant military population connected to Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton, 9 miles north. Rental properties here have older appliances with high use cycles — drum roller, belt, and bearing failures are common. Property managers call us for turnover repairs between tenants. We give property managers the same fixed-quote transparency as homeowners, and honest guidance on repair versus replacement.

Manchester, Colby & Rural South Kitsap

Communities south and east of Port Orchard — Manchester, Colby, Annapolis, Burley, Southworth, Olalla — include older rural homes and waterfront properties on well water. Mineral buildup in dishwasher spray arms and ice maker lines is more common here than on city water, and we factor water source into our diagnosis. We serve all of these communities with the same same-day availability as Port Orchard proper.

Fixed Quote Before We Start — Port Orchard Appliance Repair

Every appliance repair in Port Orchard starts the same way: your technician arrives, diagnoses the problem, explains what needs to be done, and gives you a fixed quote. If you agree — we fix it. If you don’t — you owe nothing when you proceed with repair. No hidden fees, no pressure. Just honest appliance repair from a family-owned company you can trust.

They came to fix our A/C. They accurately diagnosed and repaired our air-conditioning in less than an hour. He even cleaned the inside of the A/C and made sure no mess was left behind. Very polite and professional.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
