Yesterday a customer contacted us about a Samsung front-load dryer that had suddenly stopped heating. The unit was running, but clothes were coming out cold and damp. The client mentioned that they had recently cleaned the dryer vent because it was heavily clogged, and they suspected the blockage may have caused the issue.
