Range repair Olympia, WA

WA Licensed— #ADAMSBR771PL # ADAMSBR752QE REQUEST

Oven and range repair from Olympia addresses follows the patterns we see across Western Washington, with one distinct local character: the state government workforce demographic that has historically lived in Olympia’s Eastside and Westside neighborhoods trends toward longer appliance ownership than the tech-sector demographics of the Eastside Seattle suburbs. Olympia homeowners tend to repair rather than replace, which means we work on a wider range of appliance ages here than in many comparable markets. From 1990s GE ranges in the Capitol Hill area to 2015 Samsung ranges in the Indian Summer neighborhood — we service them all.

Gas Range Repair in Olympia

Gas igniter failure is the most common oven call across all Olympia neighborhoods — from the Eastside streets east of Capitol Way to the newer construction along Cooper Point Road in west Olympia. Natural gas is established throughout the city, and gas ranges dominate. The ceramic igniter wears through thousands of cycles and eventually fails to reliably ignite the gas. A gas oven that clicks but won’t light, or lights only after multiple attempts: almost always the igniter. We carry igniters for all major gas range brands on the truck for same-day repair throughout Olympia’s 98501, 98502, 98503, 98506, and 98512 ZIP codes.

Samsung and LG Range Repair in Olympia

Samsung and LG ranges installed in Olympia’s renovation-era homes — now 7–13 years old in neighborhoods like Indian Summer and the Harrison Avenue corridor — develop temperature sensor drift at this age. The oven consistently cooks 25–35°F above or below the set temperature. Baking results are reliably off; the oven feels unpredictable. The temperature sensor reports incorrect readings to the control board. It’s a small, inexpensive part — $60–$80 — and a fast same-day fix. We carry sensors for common Samsung and LG models on the truck.

Control Board Repair in Olympia

Modern ranges rely on electronic control boards for virtually everything — burner ignition, oven temperature, timing, display. Control board failures are appearing in the 2015–2020 generation of Samsung, LG, and GE ranges now aging in Olympia homes. Before recommending a full board replacement, we assess whether the failure is component-level — a failed capacitor, relay, or cold solder joint — that can be repaired in the field by re-soldering. When this is feasible, it saves significant cost compared to full board replacement at $250–$500+.

Diagnostic fee: $85 — applied toward repair cost if you proceed.

They came to fix our A/C. They accurately diagnosed and repaired our air-conditioning in less than an hour. He even cleaned the inside of the A/C and made sure no mess was left behind. Very polite and professional.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
