Reach-In Refrigerators and Display Cases in Olympia

Condenser fan motor failure is the most common commercial refrigerator repair we perform from Olympia restaurant addresses — and it’s largely preventable. Olympia’s tree-heavy environment along Capitol Way and the downtown corridors deposits organic debris on outdoor condenser fins year-round, and the city’s persistent wet climate turns that debris into a bonded mat that reduces heat transfer and stresses fan motors. Commercial condensers in Olympia need professional cleaning every 3–4 months. We clean the condenser on every commercial service call as a first step, and we offer scheduled quarterly maintenance for businesses that want to prevent emergency calls during service hours.

We stock condenser fan motors for True, Beverage-Air, Hoshizaki, Turbo Air, and Delfield for same-day replacement — the most common commercial refrigerator brands we service from Olympia addresses. Capacitor failures, contactor failures, and evaporator fan motor issues are handled same day with a fixed quote before starting.

Walk-In Coolers and Freezers in Olympia

Walk-in cooler and freezer service throughout Olympia and Thurston County includes defrost system failures, drain line blockages, door seal replacement, and evaporator fan motor service. Walk-in drain line blockages are accelerated by Olympia’s wet climate — biological growth in standing condensate develops faster in the Pacific Northwest’s persistent humidity than in drier climates. We clear and treat drain lines on every walk-in service call where drainage is involved, and we note the biological growth risk for operators whose maintenance schedules don’t account for it.

State Government and Institutional Facilities

The Washington State Capitol Campus and surrounding government office complex represents a significant institutional refrigeration load in Olympia — cafeteria equipment, vending area refrigeration, and break room appliances across multiple buildings. We service institutional and light commercial refrigeration equipment for government facilities, state agency offices, and the various businesses that support the state government workforce throughout the Capitol Way corridor.

Refrigerant — EPA 608 Certified

We are EPA 608 certified for R-134a, R-404A, and R-290. Refrigerant recharge is always preceded by leak detection and repair. Adding refrigerant to a leaking system violates EPA regulations and solves nothing. If an Olympia commercial unit requires refrigerant service more than once per year, there is a leak that needs to be found and fixed — we find it.

Diagnostic fee: $85 — applied toward repair cost if you proceed.

Olympia areas served: Downtown Olympia (Capitol Way, 4th Ave) · State Capitol Campus area · Eastside · Westside · Martin Way corridor · Lacey · Tumwater · all Thurston County commercial addresses

They came to fix our A/C. They accurately diagnosed and repaired our air-conditioning in less than an hour. He even cleaned the inside of the A/C and made sure no mess was left behind. Very polite and professional.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
