🔧 Appliance Repair in Spokane

We repair all major household appliances in Spokane and surrounding areas — refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, ice makers, and commercial refrigeration. Whether it’s a refrigerator that stopped cooling on a hot summer day on the South Hill, a washing machine throwing error codes in a Shadle Park home, or a dryer that won’t heat in a Five Mile Prairie rental — we diagnose accurately, quote honestly, and fix it right the first time.

Spokane’s continental climate creates appliance challenges unique to this region. The city’s extremely hard water from the Rathdrum Aquifer — around 218 PPM — damages dishwasher spray arms, ice maker inlet valves, and washing machine pumps faster than national maintenance schedules account for. Spokane’s cold winters stress refrigerator compressors and freezer systems in unheated garages. Our technicians understand Spokane’s specific appliance environment — not just generic appliance repair theory.

We serve all of Spokane including the South Hill along 57th Avenue and Regal Street, Shadle Park and the Garland District near Francis Avenue, Five Mile Prairie, Peaceful Valley near the Spokane River, the Indian Trail area, Perry District, Manito neighborhood, and all surrounding communities including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Cheney.

❄️ HVAC Service in Spokane

We service, repair, and install heating and cooling systems throughout Spokane — central air conditioning, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems. Spokane’s climate demands real performance from HVAC equipment in both directions: summers that reach 100°F+ in neighborhoods like the South Hill and Five Mile Prairie, and winters that regularly drop to -10°F or colder, challenging every furnace and heat pump in the city.

AC capacitor failure is the most common summer HVAC call in Spokane — capacitors that work perfectly in April begin failing under sustained summer heat load by July. Furnace igniter failure is the most common winter call — ceramic igniters that have fired thousands of times through Spokane’s long heating season eventually crack and fail to open the gas valve. We carry both in our service vehicle and complete most repairs the same day. For heat pumps, cold-climate systems rated to -13°F are essential for Spokane’s winter temperatures — a standard heat pump stops providing meaningful heat exactly when Spokane nights are coldest. We specify cold-climate equipment for every Spokane heat pump installation and give honest brand guidance based on performance and parts availability — not contractor margins.

We are EPA 608 certified for all refrigerant work and fully licensed in Washington State for HVAC installation and repair. We serve all of Spokane and surrounding communities.

They came to fix our A/C. They accurately diagnosed and repaired our air-conditioning in less than an hour. He even cleaned the inside of the A/C and made sure no mess was left behind. Very polite and professional.

He was able to come same day and gave us an hour window instead of 4 or 6 like other shops. He was clean, kind, professional, and very fast. He had all the parts and we are very satisfied.

I am so thankful for their friendly and professional service! They were able to schedule me quickly and diagnose my fridge issues immediately! There was a delay is service only because the manufacture had their email wrong, and our compressor took awhile to ship. As soon as the compressor arrived, Adam & Sam Brothers contacted me and scheduled repair the next day. It is such a relief to find a company that is professional through & through! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even showed up on time to do the repair! Their contact info is permanently in my phone, just in case another HVAC decides to break down! Thank you!

We are so appreciative of this company's service. I called in the morning and was satisfied knowing that someone would help us with our dryer, which was full of wet clothing and no longer heating. The window of time for expecting a technician was accurate.A technician arrived at our home after 7 (p.m.) and worked till after 9 (p.m.)He rapidly and expertly assessed the problem. He had all the needed parts with him.He worked non-stop replacing parts,he also cleaned years of built up lint in the vent hose and I am now pleased to know how to maintain that myself. The technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and thorough,as one would expect. We did receive an email invoice with the total charge only, however, it would be helpful if they would offer an itemized invoice. In hindsight,we were probably overcharged for the completed work.We agreed to the the offered quote as it was late in the evening,he traveled far and we were pleased to have him do a great job.I highly recommend Adam & Sam brothers repair.
